Any Al Stewart fans out there?

Aside from only hearing what mainstream radio played, Ie... The year of the cat, Time passages, On the border and Nostradamus I never owned or heard any of Al Stewart's albums, (nor did any of my friends for that matter) that is up  until a couple of days ago when I stumbled upon a two cd Definitive Pop collection at my local Shoprite for $6.98 and scoffed it up.  I was pleasantly surprised and quited impressed with many of the songs, particularly the earlier stuff from the 70's and was just wondering if anybody ever had the opportunity to see him live or have anything else to add.

I have several of his albums but will tell you that the only 2 worth having are "The Year of the CAT" and "Time Passages". The others are pretty laim. It's interesting to know that Al is one of the world's best wine sniffers. He can tell vintage with a few sniffs.
