I have owned an OPPO 83 for several months and it is being upgraded to the Special Edition.

I would love to hear your thoughts on this particular player.  Your opinion on playback quality, how to maximize its audio performance, etc.

No offense, but why is this in the Bryston Circle?  You would get more relevant responses and likely more hits over in Home Theater.

[Note:  I have both the standard 83 and SE, and have detailed reviews (a/b'ing them) on the AVS Forum's SE thread.  I have some comments here on AC as well.]
