HagUSB Windows 7 and other questions.
« on: 17 Dec 2009, 02:45 am »
Hi, a few questions before I make purchase.

1. Is HagUSB compatible with Windows 7? I assume it would since it just uses the default USB audio driver and it supports Vista on the page.

2. How does it handle multichannel audio? (AES/EBU model)

3. Is the 16bit limit a big deal? From reading AES papers it seems not.

4. Now this option below :
Now available without box, just assembled & tested board, (NoBox) $99.

Is this for the XLR/AES3 model and still includes connectors, just missing the hagtech labelled box?

5. What is the voltage ouput on the AES/EBU model?

Thanks,
Jim.

1) I haven't tried it, but I'm sure it works fine.

2) No more than 2 channels.

3) It is to some.

4) It is for RCA version.  No plastic box.

5) About 0.5Vpp.
