I thought long time if I should make it public or not ... Finally I do it. No reason for apologies or bad feelings I think. This is the Nuforce Circle and for what else is this section here if we can not talk open about things that concern us.

I think that casey sometimes don?t listen carefully to support inquiries. Jason on the other hand cut the dialog with me through the hint that I shouldn?t tell long stories. Whatever was going on in him or what a bad day he might had - I think this is not the right way to handle with customer?s concerns.

My concern (and believe me I try to tell it as short as I can):
My IA-7 V3 had a small temporarilly fault with the lights. The lights didn?t go off when I switched off the amp with the remote/or Input knob. Several Switchings the amp on / off didn?t make any difference:
the lights were always ON. This was the situation until I switched the main switch on the back panel off. Waited 1 day and switched the main switch ON. All O.K. the amp works fine including the lights.
After some days:
A friend of mine brought another powercord and we wanted to test it with my Nuforce. When I switched the main switch ON - a short flash of the amp lights appeared and dissapeared. If I remember right: usually this flash doesn?t appear when switching the main switch ON.
So I switched the main OFF and again ON. This time no flash. My friend also noticed that, too.
When I told this curious thing to casey he just told me that "the LED flashes a few times, this is part of factory design, showing that the micro controller is working."
Did he listen to me seriously ?

I am telling about two different appearances . ONE OF THEM cannot be intended.
Till now the amp works fine without any light faults again but please don?t sell me customer as a fool.
