A friend in California bought a set of QS and he never got them to sound good. He is an electronics engineer. He contacted the manufacturer and did some replacing of caps etc. He finally sold them. So the price of those listed isn't bad but it still might be worth a listen before lugging them home. His prior amp was a Conrad Johnson MF2500 and now uses a Pass Labs.
