----Limited Edition P-5 SimAudio Moon preamplifier: balanced differential dual-mono preamplifier using a class "A" open loop circuit topology. This is a 2 chassis system that Sim only made 250 of (this is #16). The separate power supply chassis actually houses separate power supplies for the digital vs analog components, resulting in the superb clarity of detail, dynamics, and soundstaging this component is known for. My speakers disappearred with this preamp.

Still tops the newer Sim P 5.3 due to benefits from separate power supplies, IMHO.
