Vegas Outfit

H Folks,

Ok I am getting ready for another Vegas audio show -CES - and was thinking that maybe it's time for Bryston to have a more 'corporate' outfit to wear at these shows so people know who the Bryston people are.  Some have T-shirts - some golf shirts, some suit jackets etc.

What do you think would look good and appropriate?

Something original, marketing people should come up with something.
Steering wheel with SST power logo was for example a memorable advertisement, some may say cheesy but it certainly caught attention.
Maybe one of those formula 1 maintenance team outfits with the same SST power logo theme?

I think a dress-type shirt and tie with no suitcoat is the look you want.  The shirt would have whatever logos you decide on done in embroidery thread.

Pure tasteful class.

Don a cape with a pair of Bryston rocker boots. Jk. It doesnt matter but just remember your gear is not flashy looking so neither should your appearance be. imo

SST tattoo on your neck would go well with current fashion trends

I would agree with the simple professional look.

A crisp white shirt with a black outlined 'Bryston' printed on the pocket.

How do you feel about the Elvis look??  A hunk a hunk a Bryston love!

I'm sorry I couldn't resist!

How about dark gray slacks, light blue button down shirt , dark blue tie with small red maple leafs and a dark blue and charcoal herringbone sport jacket!

A Bryston Speedo.       :o

Seriously, if your staff's uh, profile, can handle it, a nice embroidered polo shirt.  I also second the shirt (short-sleeved and embroidered) and a tie.  No jacket.

Or a hockey stick-shaped tie.

I'm sorry:

My better half saw my post and said I should apologize and point out that I have absolutely no taste in clothes at all and if there were fashion police I would probably be in custody!

I like Nascar or other race team type shirt.. simple, bold, but not overbearing SST logo with a small black and white checkered flag where the 2 would be (for the squared series) on the front.. and a big BRYSTON embroidered on the back. Black size 42 tall please  See ya in the winners circle

I'm thinking something along the lines of this...

It says, 'I want to be formal, yet I'm here to party!'  Isn't that what Vegas is all about?  To take it a step further, half the crew wears baby blue, the other half rocks orange.

Well, I guess it's up to you James, whether you want to look like one of the top tier professionals in the industry (which you are), or a fast food cheeseburger.

Go for the Randy from Trailer Park Boys look. Tight white pants with no shirt , belly hanging out. And walk around all day with a rum and coke.

I guess some people don't have a sense of humor.  I know James does.

I think a good way to be recognized is everyone wearing the same thing.  Here's how I'd go -

White collared shirt, no tie
Grey sweater vest with the Bryston logo emrroidered on the chest
Khahi pants
Brown belt and loafer type shoes.

Make sure the belt matches the shoes, and no one wears black shoes/belts with brown pants.

I can't believe I just said all that.  Time to drink beer, BBQ, and work on the car to prove my manliness!
