In good condition, has some paint on the back of the bars that attach to the wall, but this is not visible once you attach it to the wall.  A terrific shelf if your setup is on a suspended floor.

Top Shelf Size: 19.5'x16.2'
Lower Shelf Size: 19.5'x16.2'
Platform Size (HWD): 18.4'x22.4'x22.2'
Drilled for mounting between 16' Studs

Well after dragging my feet and sporadic communications I bought this shelf from Art and it is just what I wanted.

Just a shout out for Art Smuck.  Definitely a gem to deal with on a few things I've bought so you know you can relax and not worry.
