I'd originally purchased a Torus RM-10 and then a month or so after, the new series was announced with smaller packaging, lower pricing and a more pleasing look in my opinion. 

Absolute Audio in Calgary was kind enough to take back my RM-10 at full value and put it toward the new CS-15.

My question is why are half of the sockets on the back with green dots and half are not??  What do the green dots represent??

Green dots mean hospital grade and they will appear only once per outlet i
believe. If they appear only on the higher recepticle the lower associated one is still hospital grade.

What exactly does hospital grade mean and why would only half be hospital and half not??

Hospital grade is the quality of the outlet. It's an electrical grade  used that qualifies the quality of the outlet. Hospitals use them since their  highly expensive equipment is continually being plugged/unplugged and the outlet needs to be robust. They also have better power transfer to their equipment which will extend the life of their gear. Dont worry they are all hospital grade.

I've been looking for a photo of the CS 15 B but there doesn't seem to be one on the website or Google.  I looked at your gallery and it appears you still have the old RM 10 in the rack.  Would you mind putting up a picture of the front of the CS 15 B.  I'm about to order one but would like to see it in black before doing so.

BTW, what's that bright red component you got there?
