Can you provide more details on this? Built by yourself? Any pictures of the internals? What kind of parts were used (any upgrades to more exotic parts like Black Gates, etc)?

Pics of the inside would be helpful also. Would clue the buyer to whether the builder did a messy wiring job or a nice neat one.

Built by Tim Rawson. Unfortunately, I don't know much else about it.  I bought it around the same time I bought several other amps, so I never used it much. It worked and sounded fine, though.  Here are the pictures I have of the insides.

How hot does it get?

Well, of course all of these type amps run hot, but I didn't ever notice this one running any hotter than the others I've had.  I guess that's about the best I can describe it.  As you can see, it has pretty decent sized heat sinks.
