CD Burning /Itunes Question

Hello a friend gave me a CD  of a live show / this CD only has one track for the whole show.
Is there a way I can save this cd or re burn it and make seperate tracks for all the songs ?

Download Audacity (free) and use it to separate the tracks. Then import the individual tracks to the player of your choice (iTunes, WMP, etc).
