Hi, My mains voltage in the UK is 230volts. Is the resistor 1.8ohm on R223 the one to use with the current hammond transformer specification. Thanks.

Yes. The mains voltage is irrelevant,except insofar as it might be lower or higher than 220Volts. R223 is in series with the 6.3V filament supply and it's value may need adjustment to achieve the exact filament voltage.

You might do better with 1.5 ohms.  I have to check my notes.  I did this test with the newer Hammonds...

Found it.  For the "silver" re-issues, I am using 1.5 ohms for CORNET2 and 2.5 ohms for CHIME (5W power resistor in heater circuit).
