The Anthem should have outputs marked by MAIN or FRONT, both a left and right. Connect one interconnect to each and plug the other end into one of the inputs on the amp. The 3rd intx on the amp will be for any other channel your going to power (center/surround L /sur R/Sub) from the Anthem.
There will be 3 intx going from the Anthem to the amp and 3 speaker cables going from the amp to speakers
I'm not sure what you mean by "positive intx" on the amp, there should be 3 RCA inputs , 3 speaker cable outputs and a power cord connection. I don't think the amp ha balanced (XLR) inputs/outputs
