input impedance of a Theta Dreadnaught II
« on: 31 Oct 2009, 12:50 am »
Hello.

I am using a pair of Vandersteen M5HP balanced cross overs for my Quatros.  I have to set the cross overs to match the input impedance of my Dreadnaught II (to match the sum of the postive and negative legs of the amps input). The Dreadnaught's manual says that the input impedance is 50K for single ended or balanced, for each phase (both modules).  Does this mean that the sum of the positive and negative legs are 50 or 100?

Thanks,

Dwight
