SOLD!

I pre-ordered this for my dad's computer, but ended up buying him a Dell computer that already included Windows 7, so I no longer need it.

It is brand new and still sealed in packaging:

SOLD!

Prepayment via USPS money order preferred, and I would prefer to sell to a very established trader with lots of exemplary buyer seller feedback here or elsewhere.  Given the nature of the product (brand new and sealed with unique activation code inside), absolutely no returns will be accepted on this item.

(I also have 4 brand new and still sealed Western Digital WD10EAVS Green power hard drives, a lightly used 750 GB WD7500AACs, and 2 lightly used WD5000AACS hard drives that I am going to put up for sale in another ad).

-more to come.

Wind Chaser

The Slow Typist who wanted to move quick on Windows 7.

I live in Canada, but I can send USD (cash) which I can get from my bank.  I'll add another $20 for shipping.

Hi John:

I really want to sell to an U. S. based buyer in the lower 48 states.

Recently got a package from a Canadian retailer and had tons of headaches with tariffs, international transaction charges, etc.

It's just not worth the hassle for me.

Good luck in your own search.

Did you go through UPS?  I've had several transactions with Canada, and as long as I use USPS, it has been smooth as butter.

I got an Acer Easystore H340 Windows Home Server from the NCIXUS.com website.

Paperwork was messed up, but they corrected that, but I also got an international transaction fee on my credit card despite website indicating price in U. S. funds.  Took multiple calls and several days of product not being delivered just to clear up all of the problems.

For me, particularly given the nature of this product (it is brand new and sealed with a unique activation code inside), it's just not worth the extra potential problems of an international trade.

You are correct.

I think mshan is talking about a purchase he made that originated from Canada.  Importing from another country can result in taxation, but not exporting.  There's no real paperwork to fill out if it is from private individual to another private individual.
