I've a problem with my 7B-NPB and sent an e-mail on the 2nd of October to 
[email protected] (which I got from the website and have used as recently as last July).  I didn't get a reply so, assuming the e-mail didn't get through, I sent another on the 15th.  Still no reply which is a bit strange.  Have you changed the e-mail address for the service dept.?
