9B SST Hiss

9B SST Hiss

I am hearing a hiss from one of the channels on my 9B. This happens when I turn on the amp and even if the SP 1.7 is turned off. I swapped the speaker cables on the 9B and the hiss also moved leading me to believe that I have problem with that specific channel. has anybody faced this problem?

Hi Ash,

Check the input cable as well just to be sure it's the channel.

The good news is that I am unable to reproduce the hiss! The bad news is I am not sure how it seems to have resolved itself. Anyway, James thanks for your quick response, I will get in touch if the problem resurfaces.
