Can Anyone recommend a Firewire for good sound. There has been so much talk about usb cables and there different qualities but nothing about firewire.

I have a firewire sound card, Presonus Firepod 10 ch. I have used it to record and for playback, with superb results, even the mastering engineer was impressed. Firewire was developed for streaming and transferring large media files. It does not share the problems of USB in audio streaming.
