I have a question for the knowlegeable here in this circle. If one wanted to use the VDA-2 DAC (no power supply upgrade) in a 240V setting, what could the solution be? Is it simply a matter of replacing the walwart adaptor with one that accepts 240V and steps down the AC voltage to 14V (as specified on the standard adaptor). Or is the only way around it to purchase the upgrade CIAudio power supply and have it resoldered? Kindly advise.

Any power supply that outputs 12~14V AC and has a current rating of 850mA or greater will work fine.
