This terrific sub is only two weeks old. I bought it from an authorized dealer to augment a pair of smaller speakers in my music-only system in the family room, but due to WAF I am not able to keep them and the peace at the same time. So I have decided to get full-range speakers instead. It seems two bigger boxes are better than three smaller ones...

The SubSeries 8 is available only in the black finish. It looks exactly like the one in the link below. It employs PSB's 10" cone which has garnered so much praise in the slightly smaller Sub 5i which has been lauded as having the most even frequency distribution in its class (please google it for many reviews). Here PSB employs TWO of these 10" cones, firing front and back for room-filling sound in one sleek enclosure.
