Johnson states, "The Professional Monitor Company (PMC) was demonstrating their DB1i speaker, which, they claim, is also the world's smallest transmission line loudspeaker. At $1929, the DB1i competes with a great many speakers in terms of price. Sonically, it was really in a class of its own. Driven by a complete Bryston system, the DB1i truly made music in the PMC room.
