This space has been cut out for those of us who not only enjoy music, but also cooking, eating and drinking. We have this spot to discuss (for example) grilling, smoking, braising, sauteing, boiling, frying, curing, slicing, dicing, drinking and collecting as well as our favorite equipment (knives, grills, smokers, stoves etc.), cuisine styles, techniques and (of coarse) hot sauce!.
