I just had the chance to by a mached pair of Telefunken ECC81 for use in my new AVA (550EXR and T-7 ) gear. Naturally I will cal Frank before doing anything. But I was wondering what you guys think.
Should they go in the T-7 or the 550EXR.
I am so pleased with the performance of both units I'm dubious about this change making any ( much ) difference. But what the heck I love to tinker.
