need help finding parts for my chime

I'm amassing the parts for my chime.I need some help.
I need equavalent parts for lm7808/njm78m08fa.I bought a part to replace this but i see it's only a 1 a part.It's 512 lm7808ct. I need the right part and am a bit confused.
sip-20/ a26428.I need the equivalent part as it's out of stock.

I won't be able to build this without these part's?Any idea's these parts are out of stock now?

search Digikey, they have them in stock right now.

Search for LM7808 in Digikey, they have them in stock.  It has been a while since I built my Chime, so check to make sure that the specs are the same for that part as the one that is specified in the instructions.

Good luck with your build, it is a great sounding DAC.

I have a hard time keeping the printed parts lists up to date.  You can search on "78M08" at digikey and come up with alternatives.  The package does not need to be isolated (as in the originally specified part).
