I've been very tempted to move from the Omega 5 to the Omega 6, so I am planning to put my Omega 5 on sale soon. Just before I do so I would like to see what kind of interest there is out there for Omega 5 speakers.
I am the second owner of these Omegas. I bought them here as Omega 3 speaker with the Skylan platform and than upgraded them with the help of Louis O to the Omega 5 status so the are the exact same speaker now as the Omega 5 that are still sold by Louis O.
The hemp drivers have about 500 hours on them, so they are pretty much broken in. They have definitely warmed up since they were first installed. The speakers are still in mint condition, no scratch.
These speakers are really outstanding. My neighbor commented on these speakers: 'You can hear the microphone with these speakers' and my wife said that my old speakers make the music sound like a recording, verses the live like sound of the Omegas
