Thank you Bill C. The custom wood chassis have been doing very well.
This unit has an HT bypass switch as well as the "PhonoMax" phono stage in it which means it too has the full poly power supply rather than electrlytic filter capacitors. The power supply takes up one third of the chassis.
Pete is the one that came up with the design and wood options. I think it came out very well. I am burning in the phono stage now in the background with a Granite Phono Burn disc listening to track #24 'Mozart's Piano Concerto #26'
It also has a remote shunt volume control built from the units that were available from Welborne Labs rather than a basic Alps. We had to stop using them as we never heard back from them again after trying to place additional orders

Down the road, I plan on building another Waterfall Bubinga unit to offer for sale. It will use the new one piece design like the unit below that is done in Japanese Tamo Ash
