An A/C line conditioner that uses series passive filtration technology utilizing ferrite beads. It also features surge suppression circuitry.

This is the unit that has 8 Hubbell outlets and a softstart built in for the outlets supplying Analog components (6 AC outlets). The remaining 2 Digital outlets have extra filtering associated with them and are
not connected to the soft start system. Soft start is continuously variable from 0 seconds to a full 20 seconds. It provides turn on surge protection for equipment plugged into the analog outlets by slowly ramping up the AC voltage from 0V to 120V.
I give it an 8/10, its been used well, but taken care of. Very minor scratches if you look hard enough. The AC cord is captive.
Front panel is silver anodized aluminum. Remaining part of the chassis is black metal but nicely finished. Silk screening with Welborne Labs logo and labelling.
