It is with a heavy heart, I sell this gem. I used it as the DAC between my SB3 and my preamp, but I intend to move on to greater (read $$$) things in the not too distant future, so this DAC must go. For those of you who don't know, the Shigaraki DAC is a NOS/no digital filter DAC and has an amazingly smooth, open sound. However, it is not rolled off at all and is very analog-like (cliche be damned!) in my opinion.
The Shigaraki DAC retails for $1750.00. I tried to search for what they sell for on the used market, but haven't been able to find anything. Perhaps my asking price is too high. Perhaps it is too low. I guess the market will bear this out. Feel free to make an offer. I will reply.
I have attached photos of the actual DAC. I would rate it a 9/10. There are no scratches, chips, or dings in the ceramic casing. I accept payment via Paypal.com and USPS Money Orders.
