And have any tips and/or a BOM?  I can't find an electronic version of a BOM, and when I asked about one when corresponding with Desmond at PassDIY about the shipping status of my board, he neglected to respond to the BOM part of the question.  The search function on DIYAudio turned up nothing either.

I built the board and obtained an 18V wallwart power supply from Nelson Pass at the last Burning Amp Festival in Sausalito, CA last year. I will email you my BOM in Excel spreadsheet form.
