Nice rooms James.....truly impressive setups.

I bet a nice Guiness (or any similar beverage) goes down realy good in those settings :wink:

That is looking good James. Hope it sounds as good as it looks. I'm sure it's a step forward from the IB2s (less dry and more of a relaxed sound than before?)

If that piece below the computer is indeed a cross-over, what's it doing in this setup?

Hi Steven,

No it is just a 10B Sub crossover I use to integrate Subs into different systems I set up in that room.

The screen is part of my XP computer based Lynx sound card system for evaluating hi-res computer files. The computer is hidden behind the doors that open behind the screen that I use as a bass trap for the room.

I'd assume you're not planning to integrate any subs with this system though?

Any thoughts on the set up (those are the 28B's correct?) thus far?

Hi viajero,

No plans for subs at this point - just want to listen as is for now.  I have 2- XB2's if I want to play a bit.

Yes 28B's - my original prototypes.

Hi James;
   Yes very interested in your findings in the difference in sound between the MB2's and IB2's for your room.

Thanks. :thumb:

Hi James,
How are your new PMC MB2's sounding in comparison to your previous IB2's?

So far in my room (PLEASE IN MY ROOM REMEMBER) the IB2's are a better fit. I have a pair of the IB2i's on order to compare to the older IB2's.
