I have owned and lightly used (caressed and loved) this unit for only 10 months.  Bought NEW in Oct/Nov 2008.  Hands down best AVR I have ever owned.  My initial impressions (compared to Denon) and some pictures can be found here:

Initial runs of this unit had some HDMI quirks but they were worked out via firmware.  I got a later unit so I have had zero issues.  This has worked flawlessly from Day 1 and has brought hours of listening pleasure.  It's a workhorse for Blu-ray (Multi-channel PCM over HDMI with your player handling the conversion) and pure sweetness for 2 channel listening.  The architecture is fully modular so if you want onboard decoding or upgraded video processing, you can now get new cards for a fairly simple swap.  Each input is fully configurable from display dimness level to speaker and sub levels.

Local deal is preferred but I have the original packaging and will ship at buyer's expense.  Will also incluse a USB/RS-232 Cable for future firmware updates.

$1650 plus shipping.
