Advice about Antique Sound Labs AQ1002

What can anyone tell me about this amp?  http://cgi.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/cl.pl?ampstube&1048014126&class&3&4&   The add says it is the power amp of the AQ 1001 integrated amp.  I have found a little bit on the integrated but not this amp.  Is it a good amp and what is a good price for it?  Is it a good upgrade from my NAD 3020?

I can admit it now...I was very close to buying this, but decided not to at the last minute.  I found a total of 1 post on AA  that dealt with a guy trying to get a blown transformer fixed and having little luck.  For the money ASL supposedly offers excellent sound, however unless I found an absolute steal (as the seller in this case had) I would pass unless buying from an authorized dealer.   It did look to be a beautiful amp though.
