I read all the earlier threads about N2X amps, but all the equipment mentioned in them is either unavailable or significantly over my $450 budget.

I need an amp for my N2X pair that I can also connect the Dayton SUB-120 powered subwoofer http://www.daytonaudio.com/audio/finished_home.html to.

I would also appreciate information on where to buy your recommendations if they are relatively obscure or frequently out-of-stock for the mainstream vendors.

No help here. I would recommend the Virtue amps, but as you say they are out of stock. I actually have a Virtue One and a Virtue Two. The One is out on loan and is currently being modded by a forum member.

I have a pair of Neo2X speakers.  I'd try to get at least 20-30 watts per channel to drive them.

FWIW, I'm using a Pioneer Elite receiver with my Neo-2X's and dual servo sub.  It's got plenty of power on tap, and it actually has crossover to prevent bass overlap between the sub and the Neo-2X's.

The new Virtue amps, when they become available again, will be a good choice.

The Outlaw Audio RR2150 is on sale for $499 right now, not quite under $450, but it gets good reviews and includes a sub out with crossover.  http://www.outlawaudio.com/products/rr2150.html
