I have custom made Sherwood 5000 II Integrated Amplifier for Sale that Master Sam Kim from Sam's Audio Labs custom built. The chassis was striped down to bare metal and then he totally rebuilt it with his own custom engineered circuitry.
This amp has stabilization circuitry in the power stage, Compensation circuitry in the preamp stage, wonderful phono section, and all custom designed and built by Sam Kim himself.
This amp is in full triode circuitry in class A/B 1 topology. 13 watts per channel
There are taps for 4-8-16 ohms speakers.
The sound is very natural sounding with very fast clean base,
I will have the unit fully inspected by Sam Kim himself before I send it out to make sure everything is in top condition sonically. I live in the same town as Sam Kim so this is not a problem for me to bring it to him for a total inspection. I spoke to Sam and he said he will do it with pleasure. He is truly a real gentleman in business.
This amp is sonically the Sam's Audio Labs sound. There have been many talks about him and his work in many forums including Audio Circle.
