I have a Lector as well as my friend Gary, with the right tubes, in the right system, it can be downright wonderful.

Hi Mike - It is indeed a wonderful player.  Unfortunately, in my space-challenged apartment, it forces me to use the top shelf plus another shelf for the power supply.  I need a front-loader I can just put in that lower shelf so I can use the top for my analog stuff.  Anyway, we'll see what happens. Hope all is well.

I have been a bit vinyl crazy lately
Honestly I can't imagine what I would replace my Lector with?
And I have access to some really high end stuff.
Is the lector the best...welll.. no..but how much would I have to spend to really make a significant difference?  More than I can afford.

Lector is the vinyl lovers CD player
