Grado longhorn stylus

Has anyone "Upgraded" their stylus on a grado longhorn when replacing it?  I have read where the stylus are interchangable going up the grado line (ie silver, gold).  Any advantage to doing so?  Frank, which stylus do you recommend?

When I asked Frank this spring about my Grado Longhorn, he suggested the Green stylus.  The cartridge sounds good as new.

You certainly can try one of the more expensive stylus assemblies from this series of Grado cartridges.

However, to make it work like the ones we turned out, you need one drop of 1000 centistroke liquid silicon into the "hole" in the stylus assembly body that the cantilever sticks out of.  This provides very high frequency damping and eliminates tracking misbehavior.

I can provide the stuff if you send me a VERY small LEAKPROOF container and $10 for handling and return shipping.
