FS Cambridge Azur 640C v1 $150

Unit is european 220v version but I will throw in the step down transformer which brings it down to 110v for free. Asking 200 + shipping. I would rate the player 7/10. Original box, manual and remote included.

So this unit doesn't have the power switch at the back to switch to 110v??

No, but the step-down transformer handles this easily and is rather unobtrusive.
