I have the BCD-1 CD player so I know what the DAC is like. It often helps to list the location in case someone is local and might be on the fence. While I don't have immediate plans to buy the DAC (although if I make changes in the main system a DAC might be nice, if it were local and I had free time, I might swing by with the CD player and give a listen). I never understand why no one lists the location of the equipment they are selling. A guy put an ad in about a week or two ago for a Bryston DAC and indicated he wanted cash only and I send him a PM asking where he is located and never got a response. I don't personally care what reviewers have to say much about equipment, it is just a frame of reference if you know their tastes and are familiar with their equipment, but I'm always willing to give something I might want at some point (and could buy now if I wanted to) a listen.
