I've had this cable for a few years and always used it on my amp; however, my current amp is battery powered. It's a very hefty (8 AWG), well shielded cable --specs for the cable can be found
here. This model features the removable ground pin to obviate ground loops problems. The techflex jackets has a few small snags in it. I've posted a picture of what is by far the worst of the snags.
