Open to offers.  Asking $950.  Don't really want to sell this but I can use the cash.  It is a very smooth amp and extremely quiet and without any operational quirks.  A solid performer.

The AW 220 power amplifier is based on the design of the AW60 power amplifier with FTT (floating transformer technology) with two powerful transformers.

AW 220 is a dual balanced symmetrical mono amplifier which delivers 2x70 W / 8 ohm, and 220 W / 8 ohm in mono. With this design we achieve double cancellation that reduces the low frequency noise and harmonic distortion. The AW 220 features a balanced link to additional amplifiers for bi-amping. AW 220 can be used as a stereo amplifier, for bi-amping, and as a powerful mono amplifier. It is also possible to adjust the level for matching the amplifier with other components.
Specifications:

Balanced Stereo/Mono Solid State Amplifier
Rated Output Power: 220 W @8 ohms (mono); 70 W @ 8 ohms (stereo)
Output impedance: 90dB
Shipping weight: 33.0 pounds unboxed
Dimensions: 4.3" H ? 15.0" D ? 19.0" W

UPS preferred. Paypal add 3%.

How does one adjust levels for component matching on this amp?

There are no knobs or adjusters.  I'd guess some http://www.audiogon.com/cgi-bin/cls.pl?accstwek&1251551217&/Rothwell-10-dB-attenuators--rc  might help.

There are instructions for wiring this amp as mono and as bi-amp but no mention of how to level match.  If I could have found another, because you know I like lots of watts, I would have kept it.  But I'm smitten with horsepower and the DAC amp is doing pretty well although not near as smooth.

Forgot that the amp comes with a pair of Cardas XLR-RCA adapters as well.

Pete.  If I needed an amp, I'd be all over that one.  The EC's are some of the fastest amps I've ever heard.  They're truly something special.  At that price, it's a no brainer.  I just don't have room.

It is.  I am such a sucker for high power though and the DAC is an animal if you need it to be, instantaneously.

I'll probably switch the EC back in this weekend if I get the chance to give her another whirl.
