Yes, I tried to start a new topic and hit submit and error occured and then I tried again and it said already posted, so I tried this check and it worked this time. Thank you

I tried again to start new topic in starting block and it siad not authorized to post there, I don't know what I'm doing wrong, may be I wasn't signed in

The logs show that your IP address has received some "not authorized" messages today. They show that they were from the "Guest" user, meaning that you were indeed not logged in. Perhaps your browser is not accepting cookies, or you did not select the "Keep me logged in option" and the login just happened to time out while you were posting.
