Is there a standard DVD ripper?
« on: 5 Jun 2009, 12:43 am »
I have a ton of DVDs and I am looking to free up some space and throw them in the attic in a box, I know for CDs a ton of people use EAC, but I havent read anything on DVD ripping.  Is one program just as good as the other or is there one that is the budget king.  I just want to stream to the xbox or PS3 and get rid of all the cases.

I wont be able to do anything with Blu Ray for a while but it would be nice to be rid of the DVDs.

Thanks
Jared

If all you want to do is rip the DVD in it's entirety and no shrinking etc., here's the direct link to the latest free version of DVDFab HD Decrypter .

DVDmagic ripper is another easy application to use. You can also decrease the size of the file to save HD space.
