There are a lot of Edison cylinder 'rips' available for free download at archive.org (as well as lots of other interesting stuff)

    Good stuff there Russell. :D

    It is amazing isn't it? Pure acoustical recording :D

    These old recordings and the machines both Edison's cylinder phonograph and Berliner's gramophone 78 rpm disc format are quite amazing to listen to in person. If any of you here ever get a chance to hear one I urge you to do so. You'll be amaze. :D
