Looking for some SS muscle  - what's the thoughts on Bryston 4B SST vs Krell 2250?

My recommendation would be to look at the new squared series from Bryston. I got to hear one of these over the weekend and was very impressed. It is extremely detailed with excellent seperation and bass detail, but what really surprised me was the bit of sweetnees and musicality it portrayed.

As a dealer that carries both brands, as well as others, I would have to agree with Rydenfan.  While the differences will manifest themslves to different degrees depending on your room and system, the BRYSTON will generally offer the preferable sonic presentation.

Thanks for your replies - I have just bought a Bryston 4BSST C series amp over here in the UK.

Can't wait to get it plugged in!

I have both Bryston and Krell. I ove Bryston more than Krell . You must get better series and more money to beat
