So I am in the mood to build a new speaker and or subwoofer.  As I mentioned in a previous post my present speakers are the av3's. I also have a matched pair of Kef 101.2's and a pair of Alon 1's. For those not familiar with the Alons they are the creations of Mr Acarian  and have their seeds in Dahlquist. These are open baffle speakers and I do love them for sure. So I am thinking maybe I wanna build something in open baffle but my rooms are not so big so I don't want a speaker that is overly large. Anyway to make a long tale longer and more boring I want to use the av 1 drivers and the sw-12b in something that will look a lot like my alons.  The box is easy what I have no clue about is designing the cross overs, and if the output from the av 1 dirvers will be too much/not enough for the sw-12b any help or suggestions greatly appretiated. something smaller say without the passive radiator and open baffle for the mid and high range drives sorta like a cross between the ar 3a and the alon1

An OB-5 or OB-7 is the closest thing that I have to that right now.
