Recommendations for a app to transfer images from memory card to PC.
I've used a few over the years but sort of stuck using with the Windows built in utility.

Wondering what you fellows like and why.

I have almost 22,000 images already named a certain way, I'd like to keep it consistent.

I now use the Nikon Transfer software that came with my D700. Loading the images from the card  via a card reader to pc is the fastest way I have right now, although we will soon be using a Mac, so things will speed up some, and I may not use the Nikon software on the Mac.
