. Ya those are for my wife but the are nifty looking. I just thought I'd throw up matching plinths in case people couldn't find to many pics. You should like the veneer since it is exactly the same as yours I believe.
I think I actually might like your veneer a little better than ours - even though they are both the "same" type of wood. Ours have more "flaws" in the wood and I haven't really decided if I like that or not. I suppose it gives them a more custom, less off the shelf look and my wife does love the grain on ours.
Bottom line... both pairs are look great and sound awesome. I feel very fortunate to have discovered Salk Speakers (thanks again to Nuance).
