This thing is TRUE class A and really doubles power into halving impedances.  The power rating is low, but it can drive anything.  When driving monsters like those old Carver Amazings or early Apogees, these Pioneers will embarrass many of modern class AB amps of much higher power rating  :green:

Thank you for the information I did some reading on the amp and some same that it's a sleeper and a keeper also ... why would they label it Class A/B if it's a A amp ... Jon you say that it's low power on the bottom on the amp reads 320 watts and 120 volts .. do you know were i can find the spec on it ....

Oops.  Everything I said applies to M22, which was 30 watt pure class A.  I believe it had a switch that turns it into 100 watts class AB.

M25 is when Pioneer turned M22 into a higher power amp, and it was class AB, though biased heavily into class A before needing the power, then it would "switch" into AB, which was 120 watts.  The 320 watts/120V is probably what its power input requirement?

m22 is 30watts in class A,if he was in B class then he delivered 150watts...m25 is 125watts in B class but in A class he delivered 25watts...I now the m22 is smaller but m22 is more powerful. M22 and M25 are the best amp in this world. So you are very lucky if you have one of them.
