Brother Thelonious Belgian Abbey Syle Ale

While browsing through Norm's Beer and Wine in Vienna, VA I happened across a logo with an illustration of one of my musical heroes, Thelonious Monk.  The picture was so cool I had to try the ale. Folks, this is a fine, fine dark ale in the Belgian style!  It's a little pricey, but some goes to jazz education.

Carpe diem, vita brevis!

That's a fantastic looking label. I'll have to give that a shot if I can find it locally.

I had that last year and remember it being pretty good.  If you like American takes on belgian beer then check out Stone's Cali-Belgique - it's a "Belgian IPA" and it is awesome. :thumb:
