What are you using to make your driver holes. Also right now I get my parts from partsexpress and madisound, and others you woul suggest?

Router and jasper circle jig:

If you have a local Woodcraft store, they carry them:

Also Lowes sells something similar, but IMHO doesn't work as well.

I bought the lowes circle jig. I didn't even try it. After opening the box and looking at the instructions it did not seem to be the best unit to make speakers holes.
I'll look into the jasper jig. Looks like a nice product.

I just bought a Jasper Jig and it's great. Great tool. No regrets at all!!!
